The benefits for patron members are broadly classified into two categories – visibility and knowledge.

The benefits for patron members from the visibility perspective are outlined below.

  • Custommerce e-newsletter carries article contributions, news / releases from members to provide latest industry news as well as branding to members and Indian industry
  • Custommerce regularly organizes events, conferences, seminars and workshops based on the industry needs, verticals and emerging opportunity areas. These provide members with opportunity to interact with the industry thought leaders and also serve as an excellent platform to network
  • Regular member meetings organized under various forums and initiatives offer immense opportunities for members to share best practices and formulate new ideas for strengthening their positions through customer-centricity approach
  • Custommerce website showcases member companies’ details to the outside world and also helps members to receive direct business enquiries through our member directory. It also provides visibility to members through their article contributions, member and their customer interviews, and allows networking between members
  • Members participate in various surveys that are done from time to time for different verticals and gain further visibility and credibility
  • Various foreign delegations visit India from time to time and meet Custommerce members through various organized member visits and meetings
  • Corporate members are eligible for group discounts

The benefits for patron members from the knowledge perspective are outlined below.

    Custommerce’s CINDEX report (India’s first comprehensive index on customer experience) serves as key reference resource for Indian product / service industry. This will be an annual survey conducted by Custommerce. Businesses can use this to benchmark their efforts in Customer Experience / Customer Interaction against competitors. Priced at INR 50K, member organizations will receive a complimentary copy of summary of findings of CINDEX.
  • Management Development Program (MDP)
    Two MDPs will be conducted in a calendar year, with a normal cost of atleast INR 30K per participant. However, two participants may be nominated by member organizations to attend the MDPs at no cost at all.
  • National conference on Customer Service Excellence
    An annual national conference on Customer Service Excellence will be conducted, where paper presentations will be invited from corporates spanning all verticals. Normally there is a participation fee of INR 20K – waived for member organizations, who may nominate two executives to present papers.
  • Custommerce Annual Convention
    Two invitations will be reserved for senior executives from the member organization for the annual Custommerce Convention at no cost at all. This includes hospitality. The normal cost per participant is INR 50K.
  • Access to the Custommerce Knowledge Library
    As a member, organizations will be given access to the knowledge library of Custommerce. This will have carefully laid out case studies, best practices, white papers and archives of chapter presentations. Access carries a notional cost of INR 20K.
  • Seminars on Servioce Excellence
    Two invitations will be reserved for executives from member organizations for seminars (international thought leaders as speakers) that Custommerce will host at no cost at all. For each calendar year, one such seminar is planned. This normally carries a cost of INR 30K per participant.
  • Company sponsored research
    Custommerce will take up research assignments from its member organizations on request.

The cost of the above mentioned 6 programs totals INR 3.90 lakhs – waived for member organizations
