Custommerce Singapore Round-up

CUSTOMMERCE in Singapore was co-hosted by the Economist Corporate Network - which is part of the Economist publication family. Economist is a very respected business and economic paper out of the UK. 65 of Servion customers and prospects participated in the panel discussion which centered on how technology / operations / business wings of an organization can come together for Customer Centricity.

Mr. Tom Cheong, MD of Avaya for the APAC region was the chief guest and declared CUSTOMMERCE Singapore open.

Mr. Ron Nieman, Senior VP of Intervoice came in all the way from Dallas and made the only presentation on global trends in self-service.

Followed by the presentation was a panel discussion with the audience participating in issues of technology adoption for Customer Centricity. Mr. Venky Krishnakumar COO and CFO of Citibank APAC region based in Singapore, Ms. Linda Brigance CIO of Fedex based out of Hong Kong and Dr. Kaizad Heerjee CEO of Starhub based out of Singapore were on the panel. The discussion was moderated by Dr. Chandru Rajam of the Economist who is an eminent speaker and thought leader in business circles in Singapore.
