Sidney Yuen
CEO, HBC & Chairman, Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL)

Building on extensive management experience in formulating and articulating strategies and improving processes for organizations in Asia. Sidney partners with clients to transform and capitalize on their customers’ experience. As a highly sought management consultant and keynote speaker, Sidney has garnered critical market and analyst acclaim specializing in market entry, technology, outsourcing, customer management, and organizational/talent development.

Previously Sidney was Managing Director, Greater China at NorthgateArinso, the world’s largest HR outsourcing company and Head of Consulting, Asia Pacific at Convergys Corporation, the world’s largest Contact Centre Outsourcing Company. Prior, he served as a founding director to Andersen’s Change Management Practice for Greater China. In his combined consulting experience, Sidney has helped the majority of multinational companies and others to develop market entry strategy and execution plans. Prior to his consulting career, Sidney was Executive Vice President at Systek Technology – a Hong Kong listed company, Head of Quality & Customer service at American Express and Training Manager at BAT and the Swire Group – parent of Cathay Pacific Airways.

Sidney is on the editorial board of the International Journal of Customer Management UK, Editor in Chief of the Best Practice Management magazine and he also served as Chairman of Institute of Personnel & Development, Hong Kong Management Association’s Quality Award Board of Examiners and the Distinguished Salesperson Award.

Sidney serves as an outsourcing advisor to the Chinese government. He also serves on the Board of the HK Academy of Gifted Education and Shanghai University. He chairs the Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leader (APCCAL), International Association of Outsourcing Professionals - HK (IAOP) and China Windmill Foundation – a registered charitable organization.

Jessie Paul
Managing Director, Paul Writer

Jessie Paul works with clients in the B2B, services and technology space to create optimal marketing plans. Her current area of focus is understanding how firms can leverage digital marketing in conjunction with traditional or heritage media to create meaningful relationships with their audience.

Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer of Wipro's IT business and as Global Brand Manager at Infosys, Jessie Paul has been recognized for her contribution towards putting the Indian IT industry on the global map. Her efforts at Infosys earned her the Chairman's Award and also the Diamond Award from IT Services Marketing Association, US. With over 15 years in services marketing, including a stint with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, Jessie is considered an expert in brand globalization and has been named one of the most influential business women in the Indian IT industry.

She has published articles on marketing and branding in various leading publications, and is a regular columnist for India Inc and BusinessWorld.in. In 2009, she authored a book ‘No Money Marketing’, which became Tata McGraw-Hill's fastest selling professional book. While PaulWriter.com is one of India's largest professional community sites with over 1500 marketers, she also hosts a LinkedIn group for senior marketers which was included in LinkedIn's Hall of Fame. She has been a speaker on the topic of brand internationalization at various conferences in India and overseas, including Forbes Executive Women's Forum, CII Marketing Summit, Dell Women's Entrepreneur Network, and ITSMA Annual Marketing Conference.

Jessie Paul holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta and earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy.

Rajeev Bakshi
Managing Director, METRO Cash and Carry India

Rajeev Bakshi is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the overall operations and growth of METRO in India. Under his guidance METRO Cash & Carry India has embarked on a pan-India expansion with a focus on customer orientation. 

In his career spanning over 30 years, Rajeev has held senior leadership positions in companies like ICICI Ventures, PepsiCo International and Cadbury Schweppes. As the Joint Managing Director of ICICI Ventures, he led the Real Estate practice and managed consumer oriented investments like Retail and Life Sciences. During his tenure as the Chairman of Pepsi India, he successfully led the company to consolidate their foothold in India. He also held the position of Senior Vice President - Commercial, Asia Pacific for PepsiCo. He has held various senior positions in Cadbury Schweppes viz. Sales and Marketing Director for India operations, Regional Marketing Director for Africa and Middle East, Managing Director of Cadbury India and then Managing Director of Cadbury, South Africa.

Rajeev started his career in Sales at Lakme India and went on to head Marketing followed by combined Sales and Marketing functions at Lakme. He has also held senior positions in the National Councils of Industry bodies such as CII and FICCI. He is a Graduate in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, New Delhi and holds an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. 

Binny Bansal
COO and Co-founder, Flipkart

Born and raised in Chandigarh, Binny went on to get a degree in Computer Engineering from IIT Delhi. He had a brief stint at Amazon before taking the entrepreneurial plunge with Flipkart.

At Flipkart, Binny oversees all aspects of business that come into play from the time the customer places an order till the time of delivery. This spans across divisions like marketing, supply-chain and technology.

A big fan of Salman Rushdie as well as Stieg Larsson’s ‘Millennium’ series, Binny is also passionate about soccer and NBA. An active sportsman, he used to captain his school basketball and soccer teams.

Rajiv Khandelwal
Director, Aajeevika Bureau, Udaipur, India

Rajiv Khandelwal is the Founder and Director of the Aajeevika Bureau, a specialized service initiative for migrant workers in the states of Rajasthan and Gujarat of western India. Aajeevika Bureau provides services and solutions to thousands of migrant workers from impoverished rural areas who enter urban labour markets for seasonal employment. Rajiv’s team at Aajeevika Bureau has designed a number of innovative services and solutions aimed at providing a more positive opportunity to migrants. The Bureau provides photo ID, vocational and technical training, legal aid, financial services and employment counselling for rural youth at the threshold of migration. Within a span of eight years the Bureau' services have reached out to over 100,000 migrant workers both at their source and destinations. Additionally, Aajeevika’s model has been replicated by more than 30 civil society organizations in other heavy out-migration states of India.

Rajiv earned a degree in rural management at the prestigious Institute of Rural Management, Anand. For over 20 years he has worked as a practitioner in development organizations in India as well as in East Africa. He has written extensively and has been published nationally and internationally. In recognition of his ideas and innovations underlying migration services he was nominated as an Ashoka Fellow in 2005. He is also a Fellow of the Transatlantic Forum for Migration and Integration (TFMI). He was awarded the prestigious Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2010. Rajiv lives and works in Udaipur, India.

Aniruddha Limaye
Director, Great Place to Work Institute, India

Aniruddha, in his 37 years of work experience, has worked with WNS Global Services (as Global CPO where he looked after all aspects of HR, and supported & guided Risk Management & Corporate Communications Functions), IBM Business Consulting Services (headed Human Capital Consulting Practice Team for IBM India), Sr. VP - Daksh eServices/IBM Daksh BPO, ICICI Limited/ICICI Bank Group (where he worked to help set up HR function & processes and staff all the new businesses that ICICI Limited built in the late 1990s), RPG Group and Tata Group, where he commenced his career. He worked with Tata Group for a decade, starting with TELCO (now called Tata Motors) followed by the Indian Hotels Company (which runs the Taj Group of Hotels). Currently he is an independent HR consultant and also Director with Great Place to Work® Institute, India, where he supports research work and consulting projects.

Apart from having worked as an HR leader in different manufacturing and services industry sectors, he has also been an independent management consultant, trainer and documentary & training film maker for several years. In this capacity, he has served a wide range of Indian and MNC clients from different industries. He has also been a visiting faculty in management institutes and a guest speaker/panelist at several seminars, workshops and conferences.

Aniruddha is very passionately interested in helping and coaching individuals and teams to learn to leverage their individual & collective strengths and innate talents to deliver results more collaboratively and effectively, while experiencing greater fulfillment.
